Yummy Healthy Treats


Is it really possible to make a yummy treat that is healthy for you?

Yes it is!!! And just in time for the holidays.

Oh my are these good and no sugar added…really, no sugar added.  You have to try them.  I made four different batches for my family and friends and already have several people wanting and desiring the recipe.  They are that good.

My favorite batch I made included: crunchy almond butter, honey, oats, raisins, unsweetened coconut, ground flax seed and 2 tsp of vanilla.  Yummy!!
