How I handle a challenge that causes fear

Consider it pure joy

When a challenge comes my way that, if I allowed it, would cause me fear, anxiety and worry, this is how I handle it.  I take a deep breath, pray and say thank you God for giving me this opportunity to trust you deeply.  I know that you are using it for the good.  I know I will be stronger as I face this challenge head on with you right by my side. You have always shown yourself faithful and I know you will continue to.  I trust you and I will remain focused on you.  I take another deep breath and I move forward in faith.
