Call to Me and I will answer you.

Jeremiah 33:3

For the last 2 weeks I have been seeing the number 333 in many different places.  Not just once or twice, but a couple times each day.  The significant of 333 is that Jeremiah 33:3 is one of my favorite verses.  This verse has been used by the Lord many times throughout my transformation journey to draw me into Himself.  It is a very powerful verse.  It reads in the amplified bible:

Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know (do not distinguish and recognize, have knowledge of and understand).

I love to ponder and dive deep into this verse….to let is take root in my heart.  Have you ever just sat with a verse and pondered it for a while.  Re read this verse again.

As I read it, I hunger to know what those great and mighty things are….are they things pertaining to my life, my family, my career, the next steps I need to take or are they things pertaining to the mysteries of God?  I think they are both.  God desires to share great and mighty things with you….with all of us….and I believe the key issue is that we are not taking the time to be still and listen.

Ask yourself these questions:

  • When was the last time I actually took the time to be still in God’s presence, to truly listen to His still small voice?
  • Are there things in my life that I need answers to?

As the Lord began showing me the numbers 333 throughout my days, I could feel Him drawing me into Himself and speaking to my heart, saying

I have some great and mighty things I need to share with you, come rest and be still in My presence.

How could I not respond to His calling?  He is always faithful to show up and speak to my heart.  And He will be faithful to you as well, just stop what you are doing and go to Him.  Find that place you can get quiet within….seek after His face….open your heart and listen to His still small voice.  I promise there are great and mighty things He desires to share with you.

Do you need help quieting the chattering monkeys in your mind so you can hear the still small voice of God? Do you need help learning how to truly be still in God’s presence?  If so, I am confident my book Living Still will be just the tool God will use to help you along your journey.
